By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policy and our Terms of Use.

If you are not satisfied with our products 100% they can be returned for a refund with an RMA request if requested within 30 days of purchase.  Be aware when testing merchandise sizing because clothing items that are washed, worn, soiled, bear any odor, or are missing original labeling cannot be returned.  Excluding instances where an incorrect item has been shipped, Hi Tech Tactical does not reimburse or credit shipping expenses.

RMA Request
To request an RMA please email customerservice@hitechtactical.com and list the subject as RMA Request. Please include a brief description for the RMA request, and we will respond to your request promptly. Your RMA will be processed and you will be issued and RMA number with return instructions.  

Restocking Fee
All Products RMAs will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Items may not be returned for a credit if factory packaging, factory paperwork, or any other item that was originally included with the shipment is missing.  Restocking fee applies also to any and all changes in size/color of any item.
