Credit Card Policy

  • Credit Cards are processed via an automated service immediately once an order is submitted.
  • Orders are only shipped to the credit card billing address or confirmed Paypal address.
  • Cancelled orders which credit cards have been processed are responsible for a fee of $20.00 plus 2.5% of the order amount.
  • Customer assumes responsibility of a $20.00 fee plus 2.5% of total order if a processed order is chargedback prior to shipping.
  • Customer initiated charge backs following shipping will have their account revoked, charged $40.00 plus a 2.5% chargeback fee, and may face prosecution for fraud or other civil remedies sought by Hi Tech Tactical.
  • All collection fees, legal fees, court cost or other fees incurred by Hi Tech Tactical while seeking a remedy for an unauthorized chargeback will be assessed to the holder of the credit card, plus an additional 25% of total costs.

Recently our online security certificate expired.  We have since remedied the issue, and our website is twice as secure as it was previously. 

During the expiration period at no point was any confidential customer information at risk.
